PORTFOLIO 1

The masonry on this lovely half-Tudor home had been neglected to the point of impending structural failure. The new owners of the home needed to have the whole front of the house rebuilt, including the charming entryway arches, on a tight deadline. As they were preparing the house for re-sale, the owners had to contain their costs and have the work done both quickly and well.

To maintain the artistic style of the masonry, Larry deconstructed the entire brick façade and portico, then cleaned and re-used the original brick. Using anything but the historic brick would have made the rebuilt sections of the masonry stand out from the rest of the house. The owners were delighted with the seamless integration of the old and new brickwork as well as with All About Masonry’s ability to complete the work on budget and on time.
